My stay at this boutique hotel was quite pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms and a superb location near the Chiang Mai Gate. The service was delightful, though I did encounter a slight language barrier at times. Dining could use some improvement as options were limited, but breakfast was enjoyable overall. The facilities were nice, although nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall, I found this hotel to be a great value for money.
